“From Rape Claims to Legal Games: Jay-Z’s Accuser Wants Defamation Suit Tossed”

Jay-Z’s rape accuser is now asking the court to toss out his defamation lawsuit against her and her lawyer, Tony Buzbee. This comes after she dropped her original rape claims. In the new court docs, she argues that everything she said — both in the legal filings and on TV — is protected under the law, meaning Jay-Z can’t sue her for defamation.

Jay-Z filed the lawsuit in Alabama, where she lives, but now she wants it dismissed with prejudice — basically saying she wants it gone for good, no do-overs.

Hov’s legal team has already clapped back in the past, saying her story had holes all through it — wrong dates, wrong places, and that her attorney was chasing clout and cash. So far, no word from Jay-Z’s camp on this latest legal move.
